A top-10 global Pharma company wanted to develop a central database of the number, speciality and expertise of their European Physicians, for example to make the process of locating certain expertise more effective.
This needed to be performed in a cost effective and easily maintained fashion so that the database could be easily mined and updated.
Kinapse developed an Excel template that captured key data for all physicians including Country, Therapeutic Speciality, Experience, Qualifications and Academic Appointments.
Pivot tables were set up to allow the data to be easily analysed and presented, for example at country or TA level.
Over 450 physician profiles were captured and consolidated into a single resource.
Client is now able to easily identify individuals with experience in a particular therapeutic area or expertise.
The full capability of the European Medical Organisation can be easily visualised by any given parameter.
