Working in the UK/US

Working in the Kinapse onshore-offshore operating model places great responsibilities on the onshore team in the UK and US.

Kinapse clients are typically senior life sciences executives in global life science companies, usually headquartered in US and Europe. The UK/US based managers and consultants take the lead in directly interacting with client leaders and must be able to project sector credibility, professionalism and a customer-service orientation. If that sounds too much like jargon, as a Kinapse manager you have to know what you’re talking about, look the part and remember that your chief aim is to serve the customer.

All this comes with collaboration – deliberately a key part of the Kinapse culture. As a member of the onshore team, this works in two main ways. The first is building a rapport with the clients you meet, the second is forming a high performing Kinapse team located remotely for the majority of the time. Both may be challenging but they are certainly rewarding when you get them right, when offshore, onshore and client teams come together with great results.

Working in India

You will have the opportunity to interact with global teams and global clients and may have the opportunity to travel to the client site depending on project requirements.  You will be expected to produce high quality outputs, work under pressure and to tight deadlines but in return the work life balance is excellent and the office environment is great fun.
